About the job:

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team and craft exceptional experiences for our users. You’ll wear two hats, seamlessly blending user research and empathy with visual artistry and technical know-how. You’ll be a champion of user-centric design, working closely with various stakeholders to envision, design, and test solutions that are both beautiful and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviour.
• Develop personas and user flows to map out user journeys and interactions.
• Craft wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.

Requirements and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, human-computer interaction, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital product environment.
• Portfolio of UX/UI design work showcasing your process and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Miro.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
