Job Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in designing user-centered, intuitive, and visually compelling digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and efficient user experiences that align with business goals and enhance the impact of their proprietary marketing tools. Your expertise in wireframing, layout recommendations, and design best practices will be key to ensuring the tools are both user-friendly and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and engineers to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions that optimize ad performance tools.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively across teams.
• Develop UI components, design systems, and style guides to maintain consistency and alignment across the platform.
• Provide thoughtful recommendations on layout, structure, and user flow to enhance the usability and effectiveness of ad performance tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the products remain innovative and competitive.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet technical constraints.
• Advocate for the user by ensuring that the final design is intuitive, easy to use, and delivers results for marketers and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, particularly in the context of complex tools and applications.
• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows that support business objectives.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and designing for a range of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with designing marketing tools or ad performance platforms is a plus.
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to collaborate more effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of user research and testing methods to gather feedback and refine designs.
