Job Description

As a Senior UI Designer, you will craft seamless digital experiences across web, mobile, and marketing platforms. You’ll lead end-to-end design processes, maintain global design systems, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions that enhance connectivity and engagement in the telecommunications industry.

• Create outstanding digital design experiences across web, apps, portals, and external marketing initiatives using a strong understanding of UI design principles.
  
• Manage the end-to-end design process for all design and marketing initiatives while collaborating with designers, writers, developers, and project managers.
  
• Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and maintain design consistency.
  
• Oversee projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work that meets defined objectives.
  
• Manage, maintain, and develop new assets within a global design system.
  
• Foster collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

• 7+ years of experience in UI, visual design, marketing, and branding.
  
• Strong portfolio in creating websites, mobile applications (IOS and Android), and customer self-service dashboards.
  
• Extensive expertise in Figma (including component libraries) and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects).
  
• Passion for digital product design, branding, and design systems.
  
• Sharp eye for detail and quality in brand, typography, and layout.
  
• Strong portfolio showcasing websites, mobile applications, and customer self-service dashboards.
  
• Proven experience in developing design systems, guidelines, and UI standards (including color, typography, iconography, and imagery).
  
• Ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
  
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (A, AA, AAA).
  
• Strong sense of design and market trends.
  
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative digital design ideas.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
  
• Self-starter with strong initiative and time management to handle multiple projects.
  
• Open to exploring and testing new tools, ideas, and processes.
  
• Ability to execute projects from brief to final delivery, including sketches, wireframes, and interface design.
