ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Lead Designer to establish and grow a world-class game design team to work on various game productions which include gameplay development, feature implementation, and more.
Responsibilities
- Build a high-performance Game Design Team to work across a variety of disciplines and genres.
- Lead the design team to implement and polish compelling gameplay experiences.
- Mentor and inspire the Game Design Team
- Technically and creatively support the team.
- Utilize Unreal Blueprint and other technical tools to implement in game content.
- Iterate, polish and balance game play systems, mechanics, and content.
- Responsible for reviewing Game Design team’s deliverables.
- Establish and document Game Design processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- 6+-year experience in Game Design feature Development
- Released at least 1 game in Lead Position (PC or console)
- Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5
- Working proficiency with Unreal Engine Editor and Blueprints
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize, pitch, and implement game systems and features using various tools, technology, and visual language.
- A Clear understanding of creative and game development processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Open-minded team player attitude
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Passionate about playing and making video games.
